- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Mint - ¼ cup
- Coriander - ¼ cup
- Green chili - 2
- Jeera - ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- In mixer jar add mint and coriander and green chili and grind coarsely
- Now in bowl add jeera, salt mix well
- Now add Grind paste and little water as need for making dough
- Now dough ready for making masala poori. Rest for 10 minutes
- Now flat small thin dough in roll pin
- Now heat oil and deep fry the masala poori
- Now the Masala poori is ready to serve.
