3/4 cup Green peas (crushed)3/4 cup All purpose flour (Maida)1/2 tsp Mustard seeds1 no Onion (chopped)1 tsp Ginger (chopped)1 tsp Green chillies (chopped)1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Garam masalaOil (For deep frying)Salt (As reqd) First prepare a stiff dough using maida, 1 tbsp oil and required salt. Keep the dough aside.For preparing filling, heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add cumin seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves,coriander powder, garam masala, peas and required salt. Cook for few minutes.Divide the dough into equal sized small balls.Roll out each ball into a round of 3 inches.Place 2 tsp of filling on one half of the round.Wet the sides with fingers and fold over.
