For the filling:
- Meat/Chicken(minced) - 250 g
- Onions(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger(paste) - 1 tsp
- garlic(paste) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(Chopped) - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(A small bunch, chopped) -

- All purpose flour(Maida) - 250 g
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook the minced meat with turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and little water. Cook in low flame until the water evaporates completely. Keep this aside.
- Take a pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and fry chopped onions and green chillies until golden in color.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, cooked meat, garam masala and coriander leaves. Fry for sometime and keep aside until done.
- Take a small portion of the dough and flatten or roll out into a round.
- Place the previously prepared meat filling in the centre. Press tight the edges to form the shape of a semicircle.
- Continue the process with remaining dough.
- Take a frying pan and pour sufficient coconut oil for frying. Heat the oil and deep fry the minced meat ada until golden in color.
