For the filling:250 g Meat/Chicken (minced)3 nos Onions (chopped)1 tsp Ginger (paste)1 tsp Garlic (paste)4 nos Green chillies (Chopped)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Garam masalaCoriander leaves (A small bunch, chopped)Oil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd)For preparing dough:250 g All purpose flour (Maida)Water (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Cook the minced meat with turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and little water. Cook in low flame until the water evaporates completely. Keep this aside.Take a pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and fry chopped onions and green chillies until golden in color.Add ginger-garlic paste, cooked meat, garam masala and coriander leaves. Fry for sometime and keep aside until done.Prepare a firm dough by mixing flour, water and salt.Take a small portion of the dough and flatten or roll out into a round.Place the previously prepared meat filling in the centre. Press tight the edges to form the shape of a semicircle.Continue the process with remaining dough.Take a frying pan and pour sufficient coconut oil for frying.
