  • For preparing mixed fruit pie, dip all the friuts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and drain the water.
  • Roast flour in butter and add milk, sugar and condensed milk to it and stir well. Boil it in low flame.
  • Take it from flame and mix egg with the above mixture to make a white sauce.
  • Add the fruits to this sauce and mix well.
  • Pour this mixture to a pie dish.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of the mixture evenly.
  • Garnish with strawberry and cherries and sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese on top of it.
  • Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees till its colour turns light brown.
  • Serve hot or cold.
