  • 1/2 kg Mutton sliced
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato chopped
  • 5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1 cup Potato chopped
  • 1 cup Chick peas cooked
  • 1 tin Canned tomato
  • Butter As reqd
  • Olive oil As reqd
  • 1 tbsp All spice
  • 1 no Cinnamon stick Karugapatta
  • 2 nos Bay leaves
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing moroccan mutton with veggies, heat the cooking pot, pour oil and little butter. Add mutton pieces, cinnamon and bay leaves.
  • Fry till color changes. Drain and keep aside.
  • Add little more oil and fry onion, potato, carrot, salt and garlic.
  • Add tomato and canned tomato.
  • Add mutton and fry again.
  • Add all spices and mutton stock.
  • Cover and cook it.
  • When done, add chick peas and mix well. Moroccan mutton with veggies is ready.
