Instructions
- Wash rice soak for 1-2 hr and cook 50 % with little salt and keep aside
- In a bowl add chicken and add other items to marinate and keep aside for 30 mins
- In pan add oil and temper whole garam masala
- Now add mint and coriander saute well
- Now add chicken and add salt if need saute well and cook chicken for 10 mins
- Now transfer big bottom vessel and masala
- Add 50% cooked rice and sprinkle ghee and mint
- Now close lid and keep dum for 15 mins in low flame and turn off and mix well slowly
- Now its ready to serve Mughal Chicken biriyani
