Ingredients
- Zeeraga sambha / basmathi rice - 1 1/2 cup
- Mixed vegetable(carrot, beans, potato) - 1 1/2 cup
- Fried Bread - 4 slices
- Boiled peas - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 2 chopped
- Curd - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Green chili - 5
- Cashew - 6
- Mint and coriander - 1/2 cup
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Whole spice(each 1, cardamom, cinnamom, cloves, bay leaf, funnel seed ) -
- Oil and ghee - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Chop all vegetable and keep aside
- Now add onion and green chili and saute well
- Now add cashew and saute
- Now add vegetable and mix well and add salt. saute well
- Now add boiled peas, Mint and coriander
- Now add curd and cook for 5 minutes
- Now cook for 10 minutes in a low flame and add fired bread. close lid for 5 minutes at last
- Now its ready to serve with raita
