Mushroom-Khombi In Red Wine Vinegar And Cheese

  • 250 g Small button mushrooms cut in quarters
  • 1 no Onion sliced, small
  • 1 no Garlic clove crushed
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard ground
  • 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd


  • Heat a pan, pour olive oil and mix together sliced onion, crushed garlic, red wine vinegar, oyster sauce, ground mustard, brown sugar and dried parsley.
  • Bring the mixture to boil and add the mushrooms. Reduce the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Serve the mushroom hot with shredded cheese on above.
