- Mushroom - 150 g

- Clean and cut the mushroom into small pieces.
- Add all the spice powders and salt one by one into a vessel
- Heat oil in a pan and add crushed ginger garlic,grated coconut and curry leaves.saute for few seconds.
- Add chopped tomato and saute for few minutes.
- Then add cooked mushroom saute for 4 to 5 minutes on a low flame till the mixture becomes dry and the masala has coated the mushrooms.
- Mushroom Roast is ready now.
