- Cauliflower(florets) - 250 g
- Mushroom(quartered) - 125 g
- Potatoes(cubes) - 2 nos
- Capsicum(chopped) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Butter - 1/2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Cumin seeds powder(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Bay leaves - 1 no
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Now add chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds powder.
- Add vegetables and salt. Fry for few minutes.
- Cook covered till the vegetables are done.
- Mushroom with gobi sabji, a side dish recipe with vegetables, is ready.
