- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Grinded coconut - 1 ½
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(as required) -
- Chilly powder - 1 ½
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- In a clay pot sautT fenugreek seeds, ginger paste in coconut oil.
- Add the masalas, salt and stir.
- Mix in the grinded coconut and boil.
- In the meantime sautT shallots in coconut oil and mix in with the curry.
- Add curry leaves and take it from flame.
