- Add 1 1/2 cup water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a clay pot, splutter mustard and fenugreek seeds. When it Start to splutter, add curry leaves and crushed garlic and saute for few seconds.
- Add tomato and green chilly.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sardine along with masala water. Cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
- Tasty naadan mathi vattichathu is ready.
