2 1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)1 1/4 cup Powdered sugar1/2 tsp Cardamom powder (Elakka)1 1/4 cup Dalda1/4 tsp Soda powder For preparing naankatta, mix dalda and sugar well.Add the flour, cardamom powder and soda powder.
