- Ripe plaintains - 5
- Atta - 2 cup
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Water - 2 cup
- Oil(to deep fry) -
- Rice powder - 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing the healthy snack, first peel the plantains and slit it lengthwise. You can adjust the length and cut as per desired shapes.
- In a bowl take atta, turmeric powder, rice powder, salt and sugar.
- Add sesame seeds to this.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the batter coated plantain slices.
- Fry till it turns golden yellow.
- Take the fried plantains in a strainer for draining excess oil.
- Now its ready to serve. Enjoy the healthy snack.
