Ingredients
- Paneer - 100 gm
- Mixed diced vegetables(Carrot, Beans, Peas, Potatoes & Cauliflower) - 2 cups
- Tomatoes - 3 nos
- Onions - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Cashewnuts(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Dice paneer into small pieces.
- Deep fry them and keep aside.
- Grate onions. Put tomatoes in hot water for 10 mins, peel the skin and mash.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add mashed tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala and salt.
- Add cooked vegetable pieces and allow it to boil.
- Boil for a minute.
- Add paneer pieces before removing from fire.
- Fry cashewnuts in little ghee.
- Add the fried cashews and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve with rotis.
