- Tomato( big size) - 2
- Onion(big) - 1
- Kasmiri chilly powder - 2 table
- Corriander powder - 1 table
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 table
- Green chilly - 5
- Ginger(one smal piece) -
- Curry leaves(as requried) -
- cococunt oil - 5 table

Instructions
- Heat chatti, pour oil and allow to heat.
- mix all the powders in a bowl and make a paste, put this pate in to the chatti and cook till the raw smell goes.
- Open lid, put curry leaves, if u want to reduce the water level at this stage remove the lid and cook for some time.
