North Indian Simple Crab Curry Crab Curry cooked in spices Crabs2 small Ginger3 nos Onions (chopped)12 nos Garlic pods1 cup Curd/Yoghurt (Thayiru)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Black cumin (Shahjeera)Cinnamom(Karugapatta) Chilly Powder (As reqd)Salt (As reqd)For garnishing:2 tsp Coriander1/2 tsp Poppy seeds (Khashakhasha)1/2 Khobra Grind the ingredients to a paste. Apply the paste on the crab and marinate. Heat oil in a pan and add onions.Fry them till they become brown in colour.Add crabs to pot with heavy lid and cook. Make a paste of coriander, poppy seeds and khobra and pour over crabs. :- Crab Curry is ready. Usually Crab Curry gets its taste the next day.:- Serve Crab Curry hot with rice.:- North Indian
Preparation Method is not clear… If I grind all the ingredient to paste than which onion should one add to oil and fry????
