A sweet made with milk powder
Instructions
- Mix the milk powder with beaten egg and baking powder to form a smooth dough.
- Make small balls with the prepared dough and flatten it slightly to get a oval shape.
- Drop the balls into the boiling milk.
- Cover it with a lid.
- Check after a few mins to see if it has puffed.
- If it has, then, turn off the stove.
- Add the essence and chopped nuts.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 4 - 5 hours before serving.
- :- Makes about 10 - 13 balls.

easy to make YUMMY
it came out very well and tasted great. i added a little ghee too. so the taste was even more good. but the balls werent very soft. what do i do to get it soft?
