Instructions
- Roast brinjals .
- Remove brinjal skin.
- Heat oil and fry onions. Add garlic and green chillies.
- Add brinjals and boil for 10 minutes at low flame.
- Smash it with a smasher.
- At last add the chopped onions. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Brinjal bhartha is ready.
