1 cup Rajma2 tbsp Oil1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)1 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)1 no Onion (finely chopped, large)1 tsp Green chillies (finely chopped)½ tsp Turmeric powder2 tsp Chilly powder2 tsp Coriander powder1/2 tsp Cumin powder1 no Tomato (finely chopped, large)Coriander leaves for garnishingSalt (As reqd)1/2 tsp Cumin powder Soak rajma overnight and cook them in a pressure cooker till soft so that it can be half mashed using a wooden ladle. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds.Add garlic and sautT till brown.Add ginger and sautT.Add onion and sautT well followed by green chilly.Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and coriander powder and sautT them.:- Reduce fire while adding spices.Add tomato and salt and sautT till oil appears and tomatoes are well cooked and mashed.Add cumin powder and rajma and cook on slow fire till done.Gently mash rajma using wooden ladle.:- Don¦t mash it too much.Garnish with plenty of coriander leaves.
