Ingredients
- Whole chicken(cut into long pieces) - 1 no
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- garlic(crushed) - 8 cloves
- Spring onion - 1 cup
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Thyme(Few) -

Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan, add chicken pieces and slightly brown chicken.
- Remove and keep in a baking tray tightly.
- In the same pan, add onion, garlic and spring onion.
- Shallow fry it. Add turmeric powder and fry again.
- Add white wine, thyme and remove from fire.
- Pour this over the chicken.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
- Onion baked chicken is ready.
