- Chicken - 250 g
- Onions(cut into small cubes) - 4 -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Cuminpowder(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Green chillies(slit into long pieces) - 2 nos
- Cashew nuts(chopped) - 50 g
- Coriander leaves(Few, chopped) -
- Oil - 4 -

Instructions
- Fry half the chopped onions to a golden brown color.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and fry for a minute.
- Cook until the chicken pieces are soft and tender.
- Add the above cooked chicken and stir well.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves, stir and remove from heat.
- :- Serve Onion Chicken hot with plain rice or naan.
