- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Salt to taste -

- For preparing the healthy dish, first take a bowl and add the wheat flour along with grated coconut and salt. Mix all together adding little water at a time and make a sticky dough.
- Heat a clay pan/non stock pan and cook the rounds along with leaf on both sides until golden brown in colour.
- Remove the leaves and cook again for few seconds.
- The tasty dish is ready now.
