Ingredients
- Paneer cubes - 1/2 kg
- Palak - 4 bunches
- Onion(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 5 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek powder(roasted, uluva) - 2 pinch
- Cumin powder(roasted) - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Take palak leaves(without the stem), wash it properly and steam cook it for 20 minutes.
- Cool the cooked palak leaves and grind it into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry paneer cubes until they attain a light yellow colour.
- Keep it in the hot water for sometime and then squeeze it. :- This will help the paneer cubes to remain soft even after frying.
- In the same oil, saute chopped onion and green chillies by adding salt.
- Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and cumin powder.
- Fry for 2 minutes and add palak paste along with roasted fenugreek powder and garam masala.
- Add little water to it and bring it to boil.
- Add paneer cubes and keep it in a low flame till the gravy thickens (15 to 20 minutes).
- :- Serve hot with roti or plain rice!!!
