- Clean and dry the fish.2) Mix the ingredients for marinate, salt and apply it on fish.
- Keep this marinated for 10 minutes in fridge.4) Remove from fridge and apply the corn flour and rice flour on fish.
- In a grill pan, add a tbsp of oil.6) Fry the fish both sides till done. Keep this aside.
- In the grill pan, add a tsp of butter. Sauté onion, green chillies till brown.
- Spread this over the fried fish and serve hot.
