Ingredients
- Crumbled paneer : 250 gm -
- Finely chopped onion : 1 no -
- Finely chopped spinach leaves : 25 - 30 nos
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Coriander powder : ½ tsp -
- Finely chopped tomato : 1 no -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Oil : as reqd -

Instructions
- Add chopped onions to the oil and cook till pink.
- Add chopped tomato and cook it for a while.
- Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and cook it till you see oil getting separated from the masala.
- Now add paneer and cook properly till paneer gets blended in the mixture. Keep mixing.
- Add salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
