Paneer Kheer
Delicious Kheer made with paneer
Instructions
- Combine the milk, paneer and sugar in a broad non - stick pan and simmer for about 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Mix the corn flour with milk and make into paste.
- Add the corn flour paste and boil till it becomes a thick consistency.
- Remove from flame, let it refrigerate for an hour. Add the nuts along.
- Note : Add a pinch of Cardamom powder, it gives nice flavor and aroma.
- Nuts can be any desired nuts.
