- Paneer : 1 cup -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chilli powder : ½ tsp -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp -
- Capsicum : 1 no -
- Green chilli 2 no. -
- Spring onion : ½ cup -
- Oil : 3 tsp -
- Soya sauce : 1 tsp -
- Tomato sauce : 2 tsp -
- Red chilli sauce : 2 tsp -
- Ajinomoto 1 pinch -

Instructions
- Cut the Paneer into Small Cubes
- Add Maida, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Salt and Red Chilli powder in the paneer and mix well
- Heat the oil and put the paneer
- Fry the paneer till it get golden brown
- chop the spring onion and green chilli
- Now add Onion and fry till it turn into brown
- Add capsicum green chilli and spring onion allow to fry for 5 mins
- now add fried paneer and mix well
- paneer manchurian is ready to serve with naan, chapati etc
