- Wheat flour/Atta - 2 cups
- Paneer(grated, Cottage cheese) - 150 g
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chilly paste - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(Few, chopped) -
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

- For preparing paneer paratha, prepare a smooth dough with wheat flour, little ghee, required salt and some warm water. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
- For preparing paneer stuffing, mix together grated paneer, onion, green chilly paste and chopped coriander with your hand.
- Divide the entire dough into medium sized balls.
- Flatten each ball with your palm and fill the inside with a spoonful of paneer mixture and close it tightly.
- Roll out the ball on a floured surface to a big round.
- Heat a tava and roast the paneer paratha by applying some ghee on both sides. 7)Paneer paratha, a yummy North Indian dish, is ready. Serve hot with raitha and other side dishes.
