Curry made with dal, raw papaya and coconut

Ingredients
- Raw Papaya(cut into 1" cubes, medium) - 1 no
- Red gram(Thuvaraparippu) - 1 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
For garnishing:-
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry chillies(Kollamulaku) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
- Grated Coconut - 1 cup

Instructions
- Soak dal in hot water for 1 hr.
- Grind together coconut with cumin seeds and enough water into a fine paste.
- Cook dal and papaya together in pressure cooker along with salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
- Add ground coconut into the dal-papaya mixture and let it boil well.
- :- Make sure that the curry is a little thick.
- Heat oil in a fry pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Fry dry chillies and curry leaves.
- :- Serve hot with rice.
