A different combination of paratha,onion & green chillies

- Paratha : 6 nos -
- Onion finely chopped : 1 no -
- Green chillies finely chopped : 2 - 3 nos
- Whole jeera : ½ tsp -
- Garlic minced : 2 - 3 cloves
- Curry leaves Few -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Shred the leftover parathas roughly with your hand into pcs.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add whole jeera.
- When it has spluttered add minced garlic and sauté for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onions and sauté till the onions turn translucent in color.
- Add the paratha pieces and sauté for another 3 - 4 minutes.
