  • Shred the leftover parathas roughly with your hand into pcs.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add whole jeera.
  • When it has spluttered add minced garlic and sauté for 1 - 2 minutes.
  • Add curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onions and sauté till the onions turn translucent in color.
  • Add the paratha pieces and sauté for another 3 - 4 minutes.
