- All purpose flour - 3 cups
- Salt - 3/4 tsp
- Yeast - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1 No
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Butter - 3 Tbsp
- Milk - 150 ml

Instructions
- In Bowl add luke warm milk
- Now add sugar and yeast mix well
- Now add egg and mix well
- Now take another bowl add flour and salt mix well
- Now mix both mixture and knead well
- Now add butter mix well and knead till dough become soft
- Dough should not have any crack knead that much soft
- Now grease bowl with oil and place the dough to proofing (1 1/2 hrs)
- Now you can see my proofing of dough
- Now knead again make soft dough
- Now divide equal portion and place in baking tray and close with lid and again proofing for 1 hour
- Now its ready to bake pre heat oven for 10 mins and bake 25 mins in 180 degree
- and apply butter after bake
