- Bitter gourd : 2 nos (cut into 4) -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Garam masala crushed : 1 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- Cut the bitter gourd into large four pieces.
- Remove the seeds from inside and clean well.3) Make a paste of onion, chilli powder, coriander and garam masala.
- Add required salt and mix well.5) Rub the masala into the bitter gourd and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Fry the bitter gourd in oil till crispy or done.
- Serve it.
