My Mother`s recipe

  • Cut ripe banana into round pieces.
  • Place them along with water and sugar in a vessel.
  • Keep this on medium flame and boil it.
  • Once the banana become soft, pour milk into it and cook well.
  • Stir it occassionally and when the gravy gets thickened, remove from the flame.
  • :- Serve it with chappathi, appam, idiyappam etc
