  • Green chilly(finely chopped) - 4 nos

  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida(a pinch) -
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
  • Salt(As rqrd) -
  • Oil(for frying) -

Instructions
  1. Wash and soak the green peas in water for minimum an hour.
  2. Grind coarsely in a blender.
  3. Mix all the ingredients except Oil and incorporate well with hands.
  4. Heat oil in a medium flame.
  5. Make patties with the ground mix and fry on a medium heat in oil.
  6. Delicious vadas are ready to eat.
