  • For preparing pepper butter corn, boil water in an iddly vessel.
  • Cook the corn by spreading it on the iddly stand and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Take it out from the flame and put the corn in a vessel.
  • Add butter and salt to the corn immediately after removing it(the corn must not cool while adding butter)and stir well.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder or chilly powder according to your taste.
  • Pepper butter corn is ready. Serve immediately.
