Instructions
- For preparing pepper butter corn, boil water in an iddly vessel.
- Cook the corn by spreading it on the iddly stand and close the lid. Allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Take it out from the flame and put the corn in a vessel.
- Add butter and salt to the corn immediately after removing it(the corn must not cool while adding butter)and stir well.
- Sprinkle pepper powder or chilly powder according to your taste.
- Pepper butter corn is ready. Serve immediately.
