Instructions
- Mix khoya with sugar in a kadai or a pan.
- Heat on low flame, stirring continuously.
- Cook till the mixture thickens to form a very soft lump. This should take about 10 minutes.
- Add cardamom powder & food colour. Mix well.
- Take a small fistful of mixture and press into the cookie mould and turn out carefully.
- Press 2-3 slices of pistachios in the center of the mixture.
- Repeat the procedure for the remaining mixture.
