  • For preparing pineapple jelly, soak the jelly tablets in cold water.
  • Squeeze the oranges and lemons. Pour the juices into a saucepan, add in sugar and boil it.
  • Remove it from the heat and add in the drained jelly tablets. Whisk them well.
  • Puree the pineapple and sieve it.
  • Pour in the juice and mix it well.
  • Allow it to cool and pour it into a tin.
  • Leave it to set in the fridge overnight.
  • Plunge the tin in hot water before turning the jelly out.
  • Pineapple jelly is ready.
  • Note: 1)You can use peaches, apple, grapes, etc.
