Chicken is poached and then served with delicious tomato gravy

Ingredients
- Whole chicken - 1 no
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- garlic(roughly chopped) - 1 bulb
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- garlic(chopped) - 4 cloves
- Parsley(chopped) -
- Cheese(grated) - 1 cup
- Mushroom(chopped) - 2 cups
- Canned tomato - 1 can
- Cayenne - 2 tsp
- Carrotot(sliced) - 1 cup
- Potato(sliced) - 1 cup
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Thyme(As reqd) -
- Rosemary(As reqd) -
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Red wine - 2 cups
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Marinate with pepper and salt.
- Keep chicken in it and fry each side for 5 minutes.
- Add wine and mix well.
- Add water and cover it. Cook for 1 1/2 hour/until chicken is done.
- Add mushrooms, canned tomato and cook.
- Add cayenne, little pepper and salt.
- When chicken is done, cut in the middle and add the tomato gravy in it and serve hot.
