  • Fry the rice flour in the pan for 2 mins in a medium flame
  • in a bowl add hot water, salt and rice flour and mix well
  • make as dough and keep aside
  • grate the coconut, powder the cardamom and smash the jaggery
  • in another pan, fry the peanut and sesame seed and make as powder
  • In a pan melt the jagerry
  • Now add coconut, cardamom powder, sesame seed powder, peanut powder with jaggery
  • mix well and make as poranam
  • take a small ball from dough, make a shape for kozhukattai and stuff the poranam
  • cover the kozhukattai, and make a perfect shape
  • in a steamer keep the kozhukattai and allow to boil for 15 mins
  • now poranam kozhukattai is ready to serve
