250 g Potato100 g Bread crumbs1/2 tsp Coriander powder1/4 tsp Chilly powderTurmeric powder (A pinch)1/2 tsp Garam masalaSalt (As reqd)50 g Vermicelli (Semiya)Oil (As reqd for frying) Pressure cook the potatoes and mash them.Mix bread crumbs, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and required salt to the mashed potatoes.Take a non stick pan and pour some oil. Heat the oil and stir in the potato mix. Saute in low heat for 3 minutes.Remove from fire and make small balls. Roll each ball in vermicelli.Take a pan and pour sufficient oil for frying. Heat the oil and dip the potato balls and fry till golden in color.Potato bird`s nest is ready and serve hot with tomato sauce. Kerala
