Ingredients
- Basmathi rice - 1 cup
- Hotwater - 2 cups
- Onion(chopped) - 1 nos
- Carrot(chopped) - 1 cup
- Beans(chopped) - 1 cup
- Green chillies(sliced) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Chilli powder(¾ tsp) -
- Cumin powder -

Instructions
- In a pressure cooker, add oil or ghee. Mean while grind garlic, ginger and garam masala. Add this to the onion mixture. Sauté well. Add tomato, green chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander, cumin and biriyani masala.
- When done, serve hot.
