3 kg Pumpkin (grated)2 kg Sugar4 nos Orange (syrup)8 nos Lemon (syrup)6 litre Water (boiled & cooled)1 1/2 tsp Yeast1/2 cup Ginger (crushed) For preparing pumpkin wine, boil water and add pumpkin, sugar, orange and lemon syrup.Remove from flame and let it cool.Add yeast and ginger to it.Store in jar and stir daily.Filter after 2 days.Serve after 21 days.
