- Wheat flour - 400 gm
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Fat - 30 gm
- Water(as reqd) -

Instructions
- Sieve flour and mix oil.
- Prepare a medium stiff dough, knead well and set aside for at least half an hour.
- Knead dough again till soft.
- Divide into even sized balls and roll them out.
- Fry puris gently pressing down with a flat spoon in a circular motion.
- When puffed up, turn over.
- Keep till both the sides become light brown.
- :- Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot!!!
