Instructions
- Grease an aluminium mould (or non stick) with butter or ghee.
- Spread the 3 tbsp of sugar evenly on its base.
- Heat the mould.
- Keep the mould aside.
- Strain the custard through a strainer and pour into the mould.
- Steam for 5 - 10 mins or until set.
- :- The steamer should have started steaming before placing the custard.
- Chill in the freezer for 10 mins and then move it to the fridge.
- Turn the pudding into a serving plate.
- Decorate it with cherries or caramelised cashew nuts.
- :- This is a very easy dessert and a definite success.
