Instructions
- For preparing ragi roti recipe, mix together ragi powder, green chillies, fenugreek leaves and required water.
- Knead well as per consistency of dough required to prepare chappathy.
- Pluck small balls out of the dough and roll into rotis.
- Heat a tawa and roast both sides of rotis applying little oil.
- Ragi roti recipe, a healthy and delicious ragi recipe, is ready.
- You can have the ragi roti with chutney or some curry.
