Instructions
- Place it on high flame and boil.
- At the same time take a container with flat base (steel/glass) and brush the base with some buttter.
- When the sugar solution turns brown(not golden brown),caramel syrup is ready.
- Pour the caramel into the container.
- Place the pan on low flame and start stirring the mix continuously,so that no lumps are formed.
- Cook till the mix becomes thick (in the form of paste)
- Remove from flame.
- Pour the cooked pudding mix on to the container with caramel.
- Make some more caramel and pour over the mix if you want.
- Let it cool and then keep refreigerated(about 5 hrs)
- Serve it on a plate upside down.
- Garnish with nuts n raisins.
