  • Raw banana 1 no.
  • maida 1/2 cup
  • corn flour 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • colour powder 1 pinch
  • butter milk 1/2 cup


  • prepare buttermilk from curd
  • cut the raw banana into round shape
  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour, salt, red chili powder and colour powder
  • add butter milk and mix it
  • make as a thick batter
  • dip the raw banana one by one
  • heat the oil and fry it
  • crispy crunchy raw banana fritter is ready to serve. serve with chutney or sauce
