- Heat oil in a clay pot, splutter mustard seeds and add raw mango, crushed ginger garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
- Add 1 1/2 cup water.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
