  • Chop the onion into small peaces
  • beans and potato and keep aside.
  • coconut and small onion grind in blender.
  • In a pressure pan put oil and ghee then allow it to melt.
  • cardamom and aniseed and sauté it
  • Add onion and allow it to cook golden brown colour
  • Once the smell comes out put the mint and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Now add salt and all the chopped vegetables and green peas except raw mango and mix well
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and coconut paste and some water and mix well.
  • Add rice and water mix well once the raw smell of the paste goes out.
  • Once the water gets boil put raw mango and mix well and close the cooker and leave 1 whistle
  • Now raw mango pulav is ready serve.
